Walking and talking on the agenda
 
THE Department of Tourism and Leisure's sport development unit is running Green Walk and Talk sessions from Silverdale Glen starting on Friday, May 16, meeting at the cafe at 1.15pm.

The route will be flat and will take about 45 minutes to an hour to complete.

The walk will conclude with refreshments in the cafe.

The cost is £1.50. As with all Walk and Talk sessions, the talking is just as important as the walking.
