Law and Order The Commissioners and the Police deserve praise for their efforts, the Commissioners new By-laws,  the ASBO’s and the ABC’s have had beneficial effects but proper youth amenities are badly required. The Commissioners inform us that the new By-Laws are to be supported by a part time warden, this is as we are informed just another step in the right direction and law and order in the district is to be kept under review with new regulations introduced if needed. |
