A REPORT on the controversial housing scheme at the Poacher's Pocket site in Ballasalla has been delayed.

In October 2007, a select committee was appointed to investigate the scheme. It was due to report back to Tynwald this month. But committee chairman Steve Rodan said the volume of evidence meant the committee was unable to meet the deadline. It is hoped it will report back to Tynwald in April.
