Captain Andrew Douglas

It is with great sadness that Ballasalla & District Residents Association learnt of the premature death of Captain Andrew Douglas who represented Malew and Santon as MHK from 2002 to 2006, he was also a well respected and popular member of the village of Ballasalla, and will be sadly missed by his friends. Our condolences go to his family.
