At the 2008 Royal Manx, the Kermode family farming at Orrisdale, Ballasalla, returned to championship form.

Comprising Pippy Kermode, his wife Carol, daughter Kirree, and sons, Thomas and Caesar, they took the supreme with the three-year-old Millbrow Adam stock bull in their pedigree herd.
